SHIPPING POLICY

BRT TARIFFS

The cost of shipments made within the national territory (Italy) are free for amounts over € 300.00, otherwise a cost will be calculated based on the shipping rates indicated above.

The cost for shipments abroad is indicated in the purchase summary during the order confirmation phase and will vary depending on the country to which the goods are to be shipped.

Shipments to Italy are made via BRT courier, which will send an email to the customer with the shipping details upon collection of the package.

Delivery Times

Delivery times for ordered goods vary depending on the areas to which they are shipped (Italian territory) and are usually estimated at around 1/3 working days, while for deliveries abroad they vary depending on the destination country and take 3/5 days (Europe) from the date of shipment.

In all cases, a shipment identification number will be provided, with which, by connecting to the courier's website, an estimated delivery date and the progress of the same will be indicated.

The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for CHARLIE CHAPLIN SRLS UNIPERSONALE.

Attention: All orders received before 3:00 PM (Italian time) every day (Monday to Friday) will be shipped after the first following working day. While orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the second working day.

The weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is not considered for the calculation of transport days.

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document

  • that the packaging is intact and the adhesive seals are not altered

In the event of tampering and/or breakage of the packaging, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVATION OF CONTROL OF GOODS FOR ....." (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator. Otherwise, refuse delivery.

The customer must subsequently promptly notify charliechaplinstore.com of non-acceptance.

In the event that the customer does not collect the goods ordered and stored in the warehouses of the courier and/or the company CHARLIE CHAPLIN SRLS UNIPERSONALE within 5 (five) working days, due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the order itself will be cancelled and any costs resulting from the failure to collect may be charged.
