 The RP-2000 USB MK2 is a versatile turntable for DJs and vinyl enthusiasts. In addition to the built-in phono preamp, the RP-2000 USB MK2 offers a USB audio output for digitizing vinyl. The MK2 version features a number of improvements, including a redesigned top panel with a black metallic finish, metal buttons with increased touch sensitivity, and an even more robust chassis. The meticulously crafted, die-cast aluminum platter is driven by a powerful direct-drive motor that delivers more torque than a belt-driven turntable. A pitch range of +/- 8% allows for precise adjustments during the mix. The RP-2000 USB MK2 features a statically balanced "S"-shaped tonearm, fixed to a hydraulic turret with an anti-skating mechanism for improved tracking performance. The headshell connector with a universal SME locking mechanism allows a wide range of cartridges to be attached quickly and securely. Digital recording of your vinyl is easy via the high-resolution USB connection. Setup is quick, as no recording software drivers are required. The new top panel with a black metallic finish includes metallic buttons for start/stop, speed selector, pitch adjustment and zero. The new buttons feature an improved tactile feel for better feedback on pressure. The rugged chassis and shock-absorbing feet provide greater isolation from vibrations.
